Access Check
Measure doorways, hallways, elevators, and tight turns before ordering.
Delivery Method
Free standard delivery is to the accessible doorstep / entry area. Plan for moving cartons inside.
Two Packages
Most couch orders ship in 2 cartons, sometimes arriving on different days.
Expansion Time
Usable in ~72 hours; full fluff may take longer (especially in cold rooms).
Seating Feel
Deep, lounge-friendly seating. If you prefer very upright/firm seating, read the “Comfort Fit” section below.
Only Accept Unopened Returns
Because our couches are vacuum-compressed for shipping, we can only accept returns if the item remains unopenedand in original sealed packaging.
What to measure (before you order)
- Door width (narrowest point)
- Hallway width and turning corners
- Elevator size (if applicable)
- Staircase turns (landings)
- Placement area in your living room
Pro tip: Leave a small buffer. If your space is tight, keep 2–4 inches (5–10 cm) clearance around the final layout.
Comfort Fit (Is it your style of comfort?)
Great fit if you:
- Love lounging, movie nights, and deep seating
- Want a softer “sink-in but supported” feel that improves after expansion
- Prefer modular layouts you can reconfigure
May be a misfit if you:
- Need a very upright, firm, formal sit
- Have difficulty standing up from deeper seating (deep seats can feel extra relaxed for some users)4
- Expect immediate “showroom-perfect” look right out of the box (expansion takes time)
Before You Open
- Confirm both cartons have arrived (if your order ships in 2 packages).
- Inspect the outer box for damage before bringing it inside. If damaged, do not unpack, take photos and contact support.
- Clear a clean area for expansion and keep ventilation comfortable.
