Daily & Weekly Care
- Vacuum the surface regularly using a soft brush attachment.
- Fluff high-use areas and rotate sitting spots to maintain a consistent feel and shape.
- Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to reduce fading.
Spot Cleaning (Spills like coffee)
- Step 1 — Blot immediately
Use a clean, dry cloth to blot (do not rub). - Step 2 — Use a mild solution
Spot clean using distilled water and water-based cleaning agents/foam, or mild water-free cleaning solvents. - Step 3 — Dab, don’t soak
Work from the outside toward the center. Avoid over-wetting. - Step 4 — Air dry completely
Ventilate the area until fully dry.
Pro tip: Always test any cleaner on an inconspicuous area first.
Unboxing, Rebound & Wrinkles
- After opening, allow the product to rest for ~72 hours to 1 week to restore its original appearance. Ambient temperature may affect the rebound speed.
- Gently tapping/fluffing by hand can help accelerate rebound.
- You may use an iron carefully to help smooth surface wrinkles. (Use low heat and a protective cloth layer when needed.)
Do & Don’t

- Vacuum regularly.
- Spot clean promptly with mild solutions.
- Allow enough time for full expansion after unboxing.
Don’t
- Do not place newspapers or printed materials on the surface (may stain and be difficult to clean).
- Do not use harsh chemicals or bleach.
- Do not soak the fabric.
- Do not over-wet.
