Refund policy
Unopened Returns (Sealed Packaging Only)
Because our couches are vacuum-compressed for shipping, returns are accepted only if the item remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging, requested within 30 days of delivery.

- All cartons must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition

Opened / Expanded Items (Resolution Policy)
Once opened, the couch expands and cannot be re-compressed into its original shipping size. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept standard returns after unboxing.
If you experience an issue after opening, we will evaluate your case and may offer one of the following solutions (at our discretion): full refund (in certain verified cases), partial compensation, replacement shipment (replacement parts or modules; not an exchange), or other reasonable solutions.
Damage / defects / missing parts
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us with photos as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the case is reviewed and, when applicable, after inspection.
