Why do I have two tracking numbers?
Most couch orders ship in 2 packages. Each package may move through the carrier network at a different pace.
One package says “Delivered” but the other is still in transit—what should I do?
Please allow extra time for the second package to arrive. Check both tracking links carefully. If the second tracking hasn’t updated for 48 hours, contact us.
My tracking shows “Label created” only.
This means the carrier has the shipment information but hasn’t scanned it into the network yet. Please allow 24–48 hours.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is typically 7–10 days, depending on your address, peak season, and weather conditions.
Will my order be delivered to my room / upstairs?
Standard delivery is free doorstep delivery(outside entrance/entry area). In-home placement is not included unless stated otherwise.
I need to change my shipping address.
Address changes may be possible before shipment. Once shipped, changes depend on the carrier and may cause delays.
Tracking says delivered but I can’t find my package.
Check around your entryway, ask neighbors/building management, and review carrier proof of delivery. If still missing, contact us with your order details.
My boxes arrived damaged. What should I do?
Take photos of the outer box and product (if visible) and contact support as soon as possible.
