General Rules

Order Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can help cancel it.

Unopened Returns

Returns are accepted only if the item remains unopened and in its original sealed packaging (within 30 days of delivery).

Opened Items

Once opened and expanded, the product cannot be re-compressed for standard return shipping. Instead, we provide resolution options (refund/partial compensation/replacement shipment, etc.).

Damage / Defects

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, contact us with photos for the fastest resolution.

Unopened Returns (Sealed Packaging Only)

Because our couches are vacuum-compressed for shipping, we can only accept returns if the item remains unopened and in original sealed packaging.

Eligibility

  • Request within 30 days from the delivery date
  • All cartons must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase required

Fees

  • Refund timeline: 1–2 business days after inspection.
  • Refund issued after inspection

Opened / Expanded Items (Resolution Policy)

Once opened, the couch expands and cannot be re-compressed into its original shipping size. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept standard returns after unboxing.

However, if you experience an issue after opening, we will evaluate your case and may offer one of the following solutions (at our discretion):

  • Full refund (in certain verified cases)
  • Partial compensation (e.g., comfort adjustment cases, minor cosmetic concerns)
  • Replacement shipment (replacement parts or modules; this is not an exchange)
  • Other solutions that resolve the issue efficiently and fairly

  • Clear photos / videos of the issue
  • Carton labels (if available)
  • A brief description of what happened and when

Damage, Defects & Missing Parts

Please inspect cartons upon delivery. If you notice damage, defects, or missing parts, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Frequently asked questions

Can I return the couch after unboxing?

Generally no—once opened it cannot be re-compressed for standard return shipping. Please contact us and we’ll provide resolution options.

What if it doesn’t feel perfect right away?

Comfort and shape typically improve as the couch expands (often ~72 hours; longer in cold rooms).

My order arrived in two boxes—should I unbox one first?

We recommend waiting until both cartons arrive to ensure a smoother setup.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the case is reviewed and, when applicable, after inspection.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer standard exchanges. For eligible issues, we may ship replacement parts/modules.
