Unopened Returns (Sealed Packaging Only)
Because our couches are vacuum-compressed for shipping, we can only accept returns if the item remains unopened and in original sealed packaging.

Opened / Expanded Items (Resolution Policy)
Once opened, the couch expands and cannot be re-compressed into its original shipping size. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept standard returns after unboxing.
However, if you experience an issue after opening, we will evaluate your case and may offer one of the following solutions (at our discretion):

Damage, Defects & Missing Parts
Please inspect cartons upon delivery. If you notice damage, defects, or missing parts, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Generally no—once opened it cannot be re-compressed for standard return shipping. Please contact us and we’ll provide resolution options.
Comfort and shape typically improve as the couch expands (often ~72 hours; longer in cold rooms).
We recommend waiting until both cartons arrive to ensure a smoother setup.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the case is reviewed and, when applicable, after inspection.
We do not offer standard exchanges. For eligible issues, we may ship replacement parts/modules.
