We want you to love your Aylenic experience. If something doesn’t feel right within the first year, contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot and find a solution.
Note: This guarantee is different from our Returns & Refunds policy and does not automatically mean a return or refund will be issued.

3-Year Quality Warranty (Limited Warranty)

Our 3-Year Quality Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor residential use.

What may be covered (examples)

  • Structural performance issues caused by manufacturing defects
  • Premature material failure under normal use
  • Shipping damage (please report as soon as possible with photos)

What is not covered (examples)

  • Normal softening of cushions over time
  • Fading/discoloration from sunlight or chemicals
  • Stains, spills, odors
  • Damage from pets, misuse, or improper cleaning
  • Commercial, rental, or institutional use

I bought on Amazon/Walmart/Wayfair—am I covered?

Yes, if purchased through Aylenic’s official/authorized channels. Please provide the platform order ID. (You can still contact us for product support.)

Is “wrinkling” after unboxing a defect?

Not usually. Our products may be vacuum-compressed and need time to regain their shape (often ~72 hours to a week).

Does the warranty cover stains or spills?

No. Please see Materials & Care for cleaning guidance.

Does the warranty cover pet damage?

No.

Do I need the original packaging?

Not required for warranty evaluation, but keeping it can help with any possible return or shipping-related solutions.
